Prepared for Kara O'Briant ยท Zin Yoga & Wine
Your New Website Is Going to Feel Like Zin
Not a template. Not a "small business website." A space that opens the same way your front door does โ warm, welcoming, and completely itself.
Prepared for Kara O'Briant ยท Zin Yoga & Wine
Not a template. Not a "small business website." A space that opens the same way your front door does โ warm, welcoming, and completely itself.
We've been inside your Squarespace site. We've built the Phase 1 mockups. We know what Zin actually is. Now we're ready to build the site that shows it.
Two Directions We've Designed for You
Eleven years. Real photography. Kara's voice. Every version of this site starts there.
The feel: your current site, but alive.
The homepage opens with a full-screen video โ a gentle morning yoga flow, natural light, the studio at its most itself. Sound optional. The video loops slowly, just enough movement to say this place is real and it's happening right now.
Below the video, the site splits the way Zin actually works: three doors, one building. Yoga. Wine. Events. Each section has its own warmth, its own color signature โ a soft sage for the studio, a deep garnet for the lounge, champagne gold for private events. As visitors move through, they feel the transitions.
Kara's story gets a real home โ not a wall of text on an About page. A full editorial section: founder portrait, story in her words, the quote that's already on your site and deserves to be massive: "A watering hole โ a place where ALL can come."
Classes are bookable in context. YTT gets its own spotlight. Built to attract the right candidates.
See Direction A โThe feel: the brand grown up.
Direction B takes Zin's warmth and turns up the confidence. The hero is cinematic โ full bleed video, large Cormorant Garamond type over the image: practice. pour. gather. One word. All the intention.
Sections are asymmetric. Text is big. Whitespace works hard. A full espresso-dark section for the wine lounge glows with amber warmth. The scroll itself tells a story โ content reveals as you move through, like walking through a well-designed space.
This direction isn't cold or corporate. It's Zin for someone who's been going for five years and knows exactly what it is. It's also the design that makes a YTT candidate think "I want to be part of this."
The base design system โ brand colors, fonts, photography โ is the same in both directions. The difference is editorial scale and pacing.

The August Window
You don't pay for two sites in parallel. You transition cleanly โ and your August renewal doesn't happen.
A or B โ or tell us what you want to borrow from each. We finalize content. You send the video clip (or we help source one).
You see the working site before anything goes live. Your feedback, not a designer's interpretation of it.
Final polish. Any changes from your review round, applied.
August renewal doesn't happen. You have a better website for less than what agencies charge for a consultation.
Why Mahiri
"Mahiri is the world's first fully agent-operated web agency for small businesses โ where AI agents, not a human team, design, build, host, and maintain your complete web presence, starting at $49/month."
That's not a pitch. That's what makes it possible to give a yoga studio in Garner, NC the same website quality that a funded startup in NYC would get from a $50,000 agency engagement.
We know Zin. We've built three rounds of mockups. We have your photography. We know Kara's voice. This isn't starting from scratch โ it's finishing something we've already begun.
No commitment required to see the full mockups. Or tell us what you want to borrow from each. Just reply.
