Zin is a yoga studio, a wine lounge, a private event space, and a gathering place. For eleven years it has been Garner’s living room — the kind of place that means something different to every person who walks through the door.

The Story

Built by Kara,
kept alive by you.

Kara O’Briant opened Zin in 2013 with a clear instinct: Garner needed a space that didn’t require you to choose between doing something good for your body and doing something good for your evening.

What started as a yoga studio became something more. The wine lounge opened. Events filled the calendar. A teacher training program grew from a single student to a full cohort.

Zin’s YTT program is intimate by design. Small cohorts. Real mentorship. A Yoga Alliance certified curriculum that prepares you to teach in the real world, not just pass a test.
