Zin is a yoga studio, a wine lounge, a private event space, and a gathering place. For eleven years it has been Garner’s living room — the kind of place that means something different to every person who walks through the door.

Kara O’Briant opened Zin in 2013 with a clear instinct: Garner needed a space that didn’t require you to choose between doing something good for your body and doing something good for your evening.
What started as a yoga studio became something more. The wine lounge opened. Events filled the calendar. A teacher training program grew from a single student to a full cohort. And somehow, through all of it, the room stayed the same: warm, unhurried, and full of people who keep coming back.
